Boat RV Car Storage

Conveniently located just off Lake Minnetonka, near Mound, MN

Here are details about our super convenient storage just blocks west of Lake Minnetonka:

Your boat, trailer, car, jeep, fishing boat, snow mobiles, ATV, etc. are all welcome in our storage building,
or our fenced pasture in back.

Minimal in/out preferred, as this is our family home.
***This means you need to plan on leaving your item for the season, unless emergency repairs, etc. are needed.***
(NEW! Limited in/out SUMMER dry dock spots may be available)

Entry door is 8 feet tall.

  • Our large shed is secure from the elements and has a concrete floor with drains.

  • We treat for pests and monitor, however winter-proofing your property is YOUR responsibility.
    Most occupants use dryer sheets, and we’ve had little to no issues.

  • A waiver/contract will be signed, and *****you are required to carry your own insurance******

INDOOR ~ WINTER ~ STORAGE ~ DETAILS:
Drop off end of summer whenever you want, and we’ll tuck it away until Spring!
Your rate is determined by item, not by foot. If you want to store something not listed, please ask.

BOATS: October 1st through May 31st $995 total for season, must be PAID by Oct 8th;
start storing anytime.
Paid after 10/8 the price is $1100 for the season.

OTHER ITEMS: 
Cars, Jeeps, quads, golf carts, jet skis, etc. of similar size: $700 for season, and must be PAID by Oct 8th;
start storing anytime. Paid after 10/8 the price is $800 for the season.

***AGAIN, your spot must be PAID IN FULL by Oct 8th to hold your spot.
You can begin storage when it’s convenient for you.
Refunds are offered ONLY if your vacated spot is filled prior to Nov 1st of the year. ***

Other storage rates:

Indoor summer season: $500 summer (June-September)

Outdoor (gated pasture) year round: $60 month

  • Returning clients get first priority, we are a small hobby farm with limited space

  • AGAIN, minimal in/out preferred, as this is our family home. ***This means you need to plan on leaving your item for the season, unless emergency repairs, etc. are needed.***

  • We are flexible with when you want to drop off and pick up, located just shy of Boni 55364 just off Halstead Bay in Minnetrista

  • a flat $100 off one item, if you store 2+ at the same time

  • Cash, check or Venmo preferred
